Rosies Roots Liability and Disclaimer Policy

 

1. Service Limitations

• Rosies Roots provides plant care services based on professional experience and best practices. However, plant health can be influenced by factors beyond our control, including environmental conditions, pests, and pre-existing plant health issues.

• Rosies Roots cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as plant survival, growth, or flowering, following services provided.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must disclose all relevant information about their plants, including prior treatments, pest issues, environmental conditions, and any known sensitivities.

• Rosies Roots is not responsible for any damage resulting from undisclosed information.

• Clients are responsible for following care instructions provided after services.

 

3. Accidental Damage

• While we take every precaution to prevent damage, Rosie’s Roots is not liable for accidental damage to plants, pots, or property during services.

 

4. Pest and Disease Management

• Rosies Roots may suggest treatments for pests or diseases; however, results are not guaranteed.

• Rosies Roots is not liable for pest infestations, disease spread, or damage resulting from recommended treatments or services.

 

5. Access to Property

• Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to their property for scheduled services.

 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee of $25.

 

7. Plant Drop-off and Pick-up

• Plants left in Rosies Roots care are handled with the utmost attention and care.

• Rosies Roots is not liable for damage, disease, or death that occurs during or after the care period.

 

8. Liability Limitations

• In no event shall Rosies Roots or its representatives be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.

• Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By scheduling services with Rosies Roots, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
